Celebrity Fall Weddings We Love
With its golden glow and rich colors, fall casts a romantic allure that cannot be denied. Even celebrities succumb to the season’s intoxicating spell and plan their weddings from late September through early December. Just recently, two star weddings caught our eye – Kate Upton and Verlander and Colton Haynes and Jeff Leatham. While these weddings are drastically different in style, they are both heartfelt expressions that celebrate each couple’s love and personality.

What do you do when your one of the world’s top supermodels and your fiance’s baseball team has just won the World Series? You celebrate by getting married in Italy of course!
Just three days after cheering on the Houston Astros to defeating the Los Angeles Dodgers, Kate Upton and Justin Verlander, the winning team’s star pitcher, jetted to Tuscany where they were joined by friends and family for a blissful wedding weekend. The event took place at the prestigious Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco where the couple exchanged vows at a historic medieval church. Looking nothing short of an old master painting, the breathtaking Tuscan landscape played backdrop to the day’s festivities.

When asked about wedding blooms, the model/actress told Martha Stewart Weddings, “I want a lot of flowers. I know I want the petals already down by the time my niece who will be my flower girl, walks down the aisle. Justin has terrible allergies. He’ll have to take an allergy pill.”
The groom must have taken a strong dose of allergy medicine because the bride certainly got her wish! She carried a natural bouquet of lush pink, peach, and ivory hued roses and greenery down a petal covered aisle. Ceremonial decor featured verdant olive greens and similar blooms echoing the rustic beauty of the Italian countryside.
Kate stunned in a gorgeous Valentino gown with long sleeves embellished with exquisite floral lace detailing. Her bridesmaids wore lovely blush pink dresses in various styles. Justin looked dapper in a black tux with a white flower boutonniere pinned to the lapel.
From the picture perfect location to the beautiful florals to the bride and groom who could easily pass for a princess and prince, this wedding read just like a romantic fairytale.

You know the decor is going to be over-the-top when one of the grooms is the artistic director of the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris. Describing the vision behind his wedding to actor Colton Haynes, Jeff Leatham told People, “If you can imagine Cher meets a Guns ‘N Roses video and that’s theme of the wedding.” Makes perfect sense – Cher played an important role in making Jeff’s proposal to Colton unforgettable.
A star-studded crowd gathered at the Palm Springs Hotel for a night time ceremony officiated by reality personality Kris Jenner. It was a black tie affair – guests which included Sophia Vergera, Joe Manganiello, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Chelsea Clinton, Cheyenne Jackson and more were asked to wear black and white. The handsome grooms coordinated in white tuxedos with black bow ties.

As expected, the decor was jaw-dropping. The couple exchanged vows before a floral wall of hanging red roses with glowing candles. A romantic bed of red roses added dramatic flair to the scene. Blooming arrangements of red and white roses decorated the ballroom, creating an atmosphere of opulent magic for guests to dance the night away.
