Samara + Keshar: Magical Simplicity at Tribeca 360

Growing up in Edgemont, NY, Samara was always close with her best friend’s older sister Amy. Hanging out after school or on weekends, she always admired Amy’s boyfriend’s best friend Keshar from a distance, but at the time seven years was much too wide an age gap for her to think of acting on her crush.  Little did she know their paths would cross again years later, when Amy and her boyfriend got married.  This time, the seven year age difference didn’t make things seem so out of the question.

A few months later, after completing a medical rotation in London and Florida, Keshar called Samara and asked her out on their first date. The following Saturday, he picked her up at 10 AM for a delicious brunch at Norma’s followed by an entire day in Central Park.  It was the longest first date either of them had ever been on, and they’ve been together ever since…

Blooms For Keeps : Preserving Your Bridal Bouquet

One year ago, we provided flowers for Paul and Jennifer’s beautiful ceremony at The Liberty Warehouse. As their first anniversary rolled around, we received an adorable request from Paul. Jennifer had loved her bridal bouquet and planned to preserve and keep it, but apparently over the course of the celebration, the bouquet was misplaced!

Paul contacted us to request a replacement to surprise Jennifer the day of their anniversary. He was happy to report everything went without a hitch.  She was shocked and delighted, and bought a shadow box right then and there to preserve her thoughtful keepsake.

Seaside Romance : Becca + Dave

David first caught Becca’s eye on OK Cupid in August of 2014.  With six tattoos of her own and counting, she was inspired to message him after spying the ink on his arm.  They went on their first date the very next day, and on their second date the day after that! After mini-golfing on the West Side, they sat and watched the sun set over the water, and Becca knew this was going to be something special.  Dave, who’d been concerned his previous marriage and children might spook his date away, was relieved to find he could be completely honest and open with Becca. She wasn’t going anywhere.

Greenery Guide

Seeded Eucalyptus

Seeded Eucalyptus is one of the most popular and versatile options for bouquets and arrangements alike.  With both long, smooth leaves and clusters of small seeds growing freely along the stem, seeded eucalyptus lends itself well to boho and vintage-inspired looks.

Chuppah Design & Construction

Traditionally reserved for Jewish ceremonies, a chuppah is a four-posted canopy that symbolizes the home a couple will build together during their marriage.  Today, chuppahs can be seen at weddings of all types, from nondenominational to secular.  Chuppahs are a beautiful way to frame your ceremony and create a personal, sacred space for you and your partner to exchange vows.

Every chuppah begins with a sketch, often drawn from several inspirational sources.  “We work closely with our brides on creating the perfect ceremony backdrop, as the decor is setting the scene for such an important moment,” explains our Director of Events Elianna Phelps,  “Sometimes our brides bring us several inspiration images – none of which are their dream ceremony.,,
