Flowers are our specialty. But we admit to having a sweet tooth and always look forward to seeing the wedding cakes that our brides have chosen to commemorate the day! Most often, these delicious creations make a statement, and add to the décor and atmosphere. And it’s a special treat when the design incorporates our floral motifs. The classic bride may opt for traditional white. Fresh blooms with heart accents are perfect for the ever-dreaming romantic. Is there anything better than flowers and cake? We’re pretty sure there isn’t. Coordination between your florist and your cake designer can be a great way to keep continuity throughout your decor, and make your flowers a part of your reception. Below are some of our favorite cakes we’ve collaborated on, and some inspiration we’ve picked up along the way!

Gone are the days when white buttercream and/or fondant were a wedding cake requirement. The “naked cake,” made popular by Momofuku Milk Bar, is at once rustic, on-trend, and ultramodern.
